Why Do I Not Have Access to the Learning Module Slide?
Before you view this page, have you clicked the NOTHING BELOW? Click to OPEN LEARNING MODULE CONTENT link?

That link accesses directly (without a page wrapped around it). Any modern web browser in the world should be able to open it without any problem in a new browser tab. If you do not see the content ont hat tab, something between YOUR current web browser and is preventing it from being loaded.

It could be anti-virus software, a firewall, a site-administrator settings blocking content, or some other security measures. The learning module content has permissions for anyone in the public (using that address URL to access it) to view it.

The same reason you are not seeing the learning module content slide, is the same reason I see this error message from Google Drive when I attempt to share the content with you. After you solve this challenge, you will be able to see the content. View the image below. Use the suggestions beneath the image.

The Google Slide Learning Module here at the driving school is a document that is VIEWABLE by the PUBLIC using the link embedded in the document frame.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS, then your domain administrator has blocked access for your domain to receive access permissions coming from or

Example: You are Your internet provider is Jones Communications ( . You try to access the Learning Module through and are blocked access. Not because they are not viewable by the PUBLIC with the link given. But not-viewable because your internet provider blocks permissions coming from in a manner unlike any video you can watch freely.

Your Jones Communicaiton system administrator would need to make an adjustment in settings to accept the natural public access privileges as handed out by

To assist your internet provider with this challenge, you may have to give the URL (page address) of this FAQ. Copy it from the address bar of your web browser and send it to the administrator. This will give the administrator more information to assist you.

If your internet service provider's administrator will not grant this setting change, your option while using the same provider is to use a VPN (Virtual Private Network). VPNs can be part of your home network, your device, or part of your web browser.

Luckily, there are web browsers that can have a VPN built into it. That way, you can still use your internet provider, but you don't use the normal routes and channels in the browser with the VPN on. The browser uses the VPN to appear as coming from a different place in the world through it's own private virtual secure tunnel connection created by the VPN.

NOTE: Using a VPN might take a little longer for your pages to load. Why? Well, depending on the route of the VPN used by the connection, your connecton might leave your home, go securely over to Europe, or Asia, or Canada, or wherever ... and then to its destination that you want to browse. This can take a few moments longer as your connection partially travels around the world elsewhere instead of the most direct route.

One such browser with built-in VPN (that you'd need to turn ON) is Opera. The new Microsoft Edge browser does have a free VPN plug-in (SetupVPN) available in the Microsoft Store as well. Download and install either of these browsers. Turn on the VPN in Opera (in the Opera Settings/Advanced Settings toggle the "Enable VPN" on/off button to ON. In Microsoft Edge, install SetupVPN from the Microsoft Store, configure it via the steps shown (pretty simple) and activate it.

Once you have a VPN that you can use, then login to the driving school system to contnue your coursework. You should have no problem.
